This Privacy Policy explains how NestEgg ("we," "us," or "our"), which operates NestEgg and related retirement-income / annuity marketing-data and lead-connection services, collects, uses, sells, and shares personal information. We are a data broker: we compile information from public and other sources and provide it to business customers. By using our sites you agree to this Policy.
From people who submit a form on our sites, we collect what you provide — which may include your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, age, and any note — plus, for recordkeeping and fraud prevention, the exact consent language you agreed to with date and time, your IP address and browser/user-agent, the page you submitted from, and marketing-campaign parameters (e.g. UTM tags).
Separately, as a data broker we maintain marketing databases of individuals (for example, people at or near Medicare-eligibility age, homeowners, and registered voters) built from the public and licensed sources in Section 2. These records may include name, postal address, ZIP, age or date-of-birth range, phone where available, household/neighborhood attributes, voter-registration-derived fields, and the modeled estimates described in Section 6.
We sell and share personal information with business customers. Specifically, we provide marketing data (which may include name, contact, and the attributes in Sections 1 and 6) to annuity producers, financial advisors, rollover specialists, and other authorized business buyers for their own marketing and outreach. Where you submitted a request for contact, we share your information with one or more licensed agents so they can contact you. We also use service providers that process data on our behalf, and we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Under some U.S. state laws these transfers are considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out at any time — see Section 8.
We provide data for lawful business use only. Buyers are solely responsible for their own outreach, including compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state telemarketing and do-not-call laws, CAN-SPAM, and any restrictions on the use of voter-registration-derived data. We perform no calling, texting, or emailing of consumers on a buyer's behalf.
Some attributes we provide are statistical estimates, not verified facts — for example, likely race or ethnicity estimated from surname and neighborhood (a "BISG" model), and neighborhood-level (Census tract) income, home value, and homeownership figures that describe an area rather than a specific household. These modeled fields are provided for general marketing only and must not be used to make decisions about credit, housing, employment, insurance eligibility, or any other decision governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or anti-discrimination/fair-lending laws. We are not a consumer reporting agency and our data is not a consumer report.
Annuities are insurance/financial products. Any guarantees are backed by the financial strength of the issuing insurance company and are not FDIC-insured; features, rates, surrender periods, and suitability vary. Nothing we or a connected agent provide is investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Social Security, Medicare, or any government program. The affluence/income and home-value indicators we provide are modeled neighborhood (Census-tract / ZIP) estimates, not verified household income, net worth, or account balances. If you requested help, we act as a third-party marketing organization that connects you with a licensed agent at no cost. Buyers are solely responsible for their own outreach and for TCPA/do-not-call compliance.
You can exercise these rights regardless of where you live:
Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and others), you may have additional rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of sale/sharing and certain profiling, and to appeal a decision. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
Our sites may use cookies and similar technologies, including third-party advertising and analytics tools (for example, the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags), to measure and improve our advertising. These tools may set cookies and receive limited information about your visit. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and your "Do Not Sell or Share" choice in Section 8 also applies to cross-context behavioral advertising.
We keep your information, including consent records, for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain proof of consent, and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations — generally no longer than 3 years after last activity — after which we delete or de-identify it. Suppression-list entries are kept as long as needed to honor your opt-out.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
