NestEgg is an affluent-retirement marketing-data marketplace and also operates retirement-income landing pages where residents can request free help from a licensed agent. By accessing the site, placing an order, or submitting a form you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
NestEgg compiles county-level retirement-age (ages 55–70) prospect lists — drawn from public voter records and appended with neighborhood (Census-tract / ZIP) affluence signals — and provides them to annuity producers, financial advisors, rollover specialists, and other authorized business buyers. We also run consumer pages that connect residents who request it with one or more licensed agents who may contact them. We are a data marketplace and advertising/lead-connection service. We are not an insurance company, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial advisor, and we do not sell annuities or give insurance, investment, tax, or legal advice.
By purchasing a list you attest that you are an authorized business using the data for lawful marketing in compliance with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state telemarketing and do-not-call laws, and CAN-SPAM. You are solely responsible for your own outreach. You may not use our data for credit, insurance-eligibility, lending, housing, or employment decisions, or any purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) — we are not a consumer reporting agency and our data is not a consumer report.
Lists obtained from us must not be resold, relicensed, or redistributed to third parties without our express written consent.
Records are derived from public files and provided as-is. Affluence/income and home-value indicators are neighborhood (Census-tract / ZIP) area estimates, not a verified household income, net worth, or account balance; age reflects the public turn-65 cohort. Counts displayed while browsing are good-faith estimates and are locked at checkout. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
When you check the consent box and submit a retirement-income form, you agree that a licensed agent may contact you at the phone number and email you provide — including by phone call, autodialed or prerecorded calls, and text messages — about annuity and retirement-income options. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw consent at any time: reply STOP to texts, ask any caller to place you on their do-not-call list, or email [email protected].
