Affluent retirement-age households by county
Pick your state, then your county. Every count below is real — the turn-65 cohort
in the 55–70 window (a true per-record attribute from the public
voter roll; each county page shows the exact age span it holds today), living in
affluent areas — census tracts with $75,000+ median
household income, or affluent ZIP codes (top wealth tiers by income or home value) in
full-corpus counties. The pre-retiree and newly-retired window for annuity, rollover, and
advisory marketing. Tighten to higher-income tiers on tract-tier county pages.

Age is the real turn-65 cohort from the public voter record (not modeled).
"Affluent" = neighborhood median household income — census-tract level on
tract-tier counties, ZIP level (income or home value) on full-corpus counties; an area
estimate, not a verified household income, net worth, or account balance. Every record
sells once through a unified ledger, and availability is re-checked against it at
checkout. Cold public-record data sold as-is for marketing; buyer is responsible for
TCPA/DNC compliance.
